    Mix Meeting's on-site Network Operations Center (NOC) is staffed seven days a week to provide responsive troubleshooting and proactive issue resolution for web and audio conferencing users.

    Web Conferencing: Minimum System Requirements

    • Network connection to the Mix Meeting web system through HTTP and HTTPS
    • Recommended connection speed of 128kbps or higher (240kbps for application sharing)
    • Microsoft Windows 2000/XP/Vista/Server2003 System with browser:
      • Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher
      • Netscape 7.0 or higher
      • Firefox 1.0 or higher
    • Mac OS X with Firefox or Apple Safari 1.1 browser
    • Linux, Unix or Solaris with Netscape 7.0+ or Mozilla 1.0+ browser
    • Macromedia Flash 8.0 or higher (if using recording)
    • Cookies and Scripting Enabled in browser
    • Conferencing plug-in for application sharing or Java Virtual Machine (JVM)
    • Computer speakers or headphones for audio portion
