    Interop Process

    IMPORTANT!
    To request an interop, please contact your Mix Meeting sales agent. They will initiate the request process on your behalf and provide you with a link to the Mix Meeting Interop Form.

    Review Mix Meeting's Interop Process before you test our routes to ensure a timely and succesful interop.

    Keep in mind the following guidelines:

    • Internat'l routes: A scheduled conference call or chat session with a Mix Meeting technician is required for testing
    • Domestic routes: A technician will provide you with testing information via email to test at your convenience
    • Interops are conducted Monday-Thursday
    • Interops are conducted between 8:00am and 5:00pm CST
    • Interop request times MUST be at least 24 hours after your form is submitted
    • Interops MUST have complete and accurate paperwork
